We always offer superior quality of herbal products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return item within 3 days of  but this policy applicable on purchase of 4 and 6 bottles. To qualify for a Return, the product must be unopened, undamaged and new condition, Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products. Once we receive your return package. After checking the product condition will proceed return or exchange, Shipping charges are non-refundable, which will take 30 days to credit.

In case you received an opened product you have to intimate within 1 hour after receiving of package to the Medics Pharma about it. In that case customer will have to return the package to Medics Pharma,  any refund  will not be executed in that case. Customer will get another package for the same from Medics Pharma.
